Every day another example of stupidity presents itself that makes you wonder what bubble some people live in. So called animal charity PETA have asked pop duo The Pet Shop Boys to rename themselves Rescue Shelter Boys. I believe they politely told them to fuck themselves. Quite right too.

Didn’t PETA ask Suede to change their name about ten years ago? Something about the mutlifarious horrors of the leather industy. I believe their suggestion for a new monicker was ‘Corduroy’ instead… hmmm…
It wouldn’t surprise me. They seem to have an unlimited capacity to keep coming up with shit like that.
